The Law Offices of David R. Flynn P.L.L.C. & Associates represents individuals, developers and lenders in transactions of all sizes involving residential and commercial corporations, major banks, mortgage companies, real estate professionals, contractors and attorneys. We have conducted over 7,000 settlements and we offer over 100 years combined experience in loan settlement services and customer satisfaction.
We specialize in all aspects of real estate law including contract preparation and review, conveyance and financing documentation preparation and review, and all other aspects with respect to acquisition, sale, financing, leasing, and development of commercial, industrial, and residential property, zoning, and land use issues, and all litigation related thereto. We are available to facilitate IRS section 1031 like-kind exchanges and handle complex real estate litigation.
We also offer services in corporations and will preparation. We coordinate with the State Corporation Commission to form your Corporation, Limited Liability Company and Partnerships as well as maintain by-laws and yearly annual reports. Wills are a vital necessity for everyone owning property and/or having a family. We can prepare Last Will and Testaments, Medical Directives and Power's of Attorney to facilitate your estate planning.
